The website https://sobrenos.pt is the responsibility of SOBRE NÓS – Consultório de Psicologia (hereinafter, “Sobre Nós”), located at Rua Moura Machado, N.º 451, 4800-056 Azurém, Guimarães, Portugal.

2. What personal data we collect

We collect the personal data you provide to us directly, namely:

Contact and appointment form: name, age, e-mail, type of consultation, format and time preferences, preferred professional and message;
Direct contact: data shared when you contact us by e-mail, phone or WhatsApp;
Browsing data: data collected through cookies and similar technologies (see our Cookie Policy);
Clinical data: in the context of providing psychology services, health data is collected, processed with strict confidentiality and subject to professional secrecy.

3. Purposes and legal grounds for processing

Responding to contact and appointment requests — pre-contractual steps and performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR);
Provision of psychology services — provision of healthcare (Art. 9(2)(h) GDPR), by professionals subject to professional secrecy under the Code of Ethics of the Portuguese Order of Psychologists;
Invoicing and compliance with legal obligations — legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR);
Website usage statistics and marketing — consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you may withdraw at any time;
Website security — legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. Sharing data with third parties

We do not sell your personal data. Your data may be processed by service providers acting on our behalf (processors), such as website hosting, e-mail services and statistics tools (for example, Google), bound by contract to the safeguards required by the GDPR. Data may also be disclosed to authorities where there is a legal obligation.

5. International transfers

Some providers (for example, Google and Meta) may process data outside the European Economic Area. In such cases, transfers are carried out on the basis of adequacy decisions of the European Commission or standard contractual clauses, under Articles 44 et seq. of the GDPR.

6. Retention periods

We keep your data only for the period necessary for the purposes for which it was collected: contact requests are kept for as long as necessary to manage them; invoicing documents are kept for the legal period of 10 years; clinical records are kept for the periods required by the legal and ethical obligations applicable to the practice of psychology.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR and Law no. 58/2019 of 8 August, you have the right to access your data, to rectify, erase or restrict its processing, the right to data portability, the right to object to processing and the right to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing).
