Specialties
Our specialties are what make us believe we can offer you a better path. We believe that, more than being good at everything, it’s important to know exactly what each issue and stage requires — so we specialise in our areas of passion, to offer you our best version.
Parental Psychological Support
Being a mother or father is probably one of the most demanding experiences in life.
There are days when we feel we’re doing everything right. Others when we catch ourselves losing patience, repeating what we always said we’d never do, or simply not knowing the best way to respond to our children’s needs.
And that doesn’t make you a bad father or mother. It makes you a human being, with no Artificial Intelligence to fall back on.
There is no manual that answers every doubt, nor a perfect way to raise a child. Every child is unique, every family has its own story and every relationship is built differently. More than looking for quick fixes or rigid rules, we seek to understand what lies behind the challenges your family faces. Because, often, when a child struggles to regulate their emotions, the parents are also tired, overwhelmed or without the resources to deal with what they’re going through.
Throughout this support, we work on themes such as emotional management, communication, setting boundaries, tantrums and challenging behaviours, family routines and, above all, the relationship between parents and children.
Because raising a child isn’t about being perfect. It’s about being willing to learn, repair, grow and build, every day, a relationship safe enough for a child to feel loved, secure, validated and supported.
Addictions
No one chooses to develop an addiction — often, it arises as a way to relieve something we can’t explain.
Whether with substances, such as alcohol or drugs, or with behaviours like gambling, food, sex or social media, more than the behaviour itself, what matters is understanding what it is trying to compensate for or hide.
The focus isn’t only on “quitting” something, but on discovering what you need to find within yourself so that this dependency no longer makes sense.
We work together to reclaim control, strengthen your autonomy and, above all, give you back your freedom of choice.
LGBTQIA+ Positive Affirmation
It’s not always easy to be who you are, especially in a world where so many prejudices still exist. Here, however, we want to celebrate the diversity of identities and orientations, and we make room for every way of being, loving and existing.
Whether to explore your journey, deal with difficult experiences, come out, or simply have a safe place to talk, we’re here with you — without judgement, without assumptions, with empathy and real listening.
We don’t want to “fix” anything, but rather that you feel you can celebrate who you are.
Sport and High Performance
Behind every athlete there is a person, with emotions, doubts, goals and also pressures. Performance doesn’t live on physical training alone — it begins in the mind.
Pre-competition anxiety, fear of failing, constant pressure to push limits… it’s all part of it, but it doesn’t have to be faced alone.
This work isn’t only for “those who are struggling”, but for anyone who wants to grow with balance, focus and well-being. That’s why we create a space to train focus, manage emotions and strengthen confidence, without losing sight of the joy and purpose that brought you here.
Because true success isn’t only in the results, but in being able to give your best with lightness, clarity and balance.
Mindfulness
Do you also feel we’re living on autopilot?
The truth is that living in the “here and now” may sound simple, but it isn’t always easy. Mindfulness invites you to stop, breathe and be present, here and now.
It’s not about “emptying the mind”, but about learning to observe thoughts, emotions and sensations, as if we were cultivating a more conscious presence in everyday life.
It’s an invitation to be more present — with yourself, with us, with others and with the world, even on the hardest days.
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy
We can’t always change what we think, but the truth is that the way we think influences what we feel and how we act.
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) helps us identify thought patterns that are often at the root of anxiety, insecurity, sadness or behaviours that limit us. Essentially, it invites us to observe our patterns, become aware of what blocks us and build more balanced responses, always at each person’s own pace and needs.
Clinical Sexology
According to the World Health Organization (WHO), sexuality is a fundamental part of health and well-being — it isn’t limited to the sexual act, but involves emotions, affection, identity, pleasure and relationships.
Sexuality is part of who we are, and talking about it shouldn’t be uncomfortable, because talking about sexuality is talking about well-being, identity, pleasure and relationships.
Here we want to help you understand and resolve difficulties related to desire, pleasure, intimacy and other sexual experiences, whether individually or as a couple, without taboos, without embarrassment.
Because having a healthy sexual life isn’t a luxury, it’s a right, and it can (and should) be cared for as naturally as we care for other areas of our health.
Family Therapy
Every family has challenges — it’s part of the journey. Each family is unique in its history, rhythms, routines and pains. And sometimes a difficult moment, a change, a conflict, a challenging phase is enough for communication to weaken and discomfort to set in.
Family Therapy offers a space where everyone can be heard and better understand the place they occupy in the family dynamic. The goal isn’t to find someone to blame, but to rebuild dialogue, strengthen bonds and create an environment where each member can feel valued and understood.
Because caring for the family is also caring for everyone.
Couples Therapy
Every relationship goes through phases, moments of greater connection and others of greater distance. And the truth is that being in a relationship means being aware that we won’t always agree on everything, but that we’ll have to grow together through our differences.
Therapy is an opportunity to stop, listen and be heard, rediscover the connection and gain new tools to deal with challenges that arise in the relationship. Whether to overcome conflicts, improve communication or simply care for the bond you’ve built, this space allows the couple to reconnect in a healthier and more conscious place.
You don’t have to be “on the brink of the end” to seek help. The idea isn’t to point fingers, but to build bridges with empathy, respect and dialogue.
Group Therapy
We believe and stand by the idea that the feeling of belonging and identification is one of the most powerful tools we can have as a society. In sharing, we discover we’re not alone. Group Therapy brings together people with similar challenges in a safe space, where listening, respect and empathy are essential.
By listening to others, we often understand ourselves better.
That’s why Group Therapy is a place where individual experiences find an echo, and where mutual support helps us grow, gain perspective and feel understood. Sharing vulnerabilities with others who are also on the path can be one of the most human forms of healing.
