Hi! My name is Sandra and among the many things I am and love to be, one of my favourites is being a Psychologist.
Something essential to know about me is this: “love” is my favourite word in the dictionary — perhaps also the most complex, and under this umbrella we have self-love, love for others and love for the relationships we build throughout life. That’s what guided all my professional and personal choices.
I studied at the Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences of the University of Coimbra (where I learned as much from books as from coffee conversations!), with my master’s in Systemic and Family Psychotherapy. Then, I followed my heart and curiosity and specialised in Couples Therapy, Clinical Sexology and Sport and High Performance Psychology.
It may seem an unlikely mix, but for me everything is interconnected, and I believe that the contexts we are part of define us and say a lot about who we are — hence the importance of caring for our emotions, our bonds and the way we relate to ourselves and to the world.
This project was born from that love — and from the desire to create a space where we can think, feel, evolve, explore, grow and, above all, BE.
