2. Purpose and acceptance

These terms govern the use of the site and the general framework of the psychology services provided by Sobre Nós. By browsing the site or requesting an appointment, you accept these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

3. Services

Sobre Nós provides individual, couples and family psychology sessions, in person or online, delivered by professionals registered with the Portuguese Order of Psychologists (Ordem dos Psicólogos Portugueses). The contents of the site are merely informative and do not replace a consultation, assessment or personalised support.

In an emergency, call 112 or the SNS 24 line (808 24 24 24) — the site and Sobre Nós’s contact channels are not intended for emergency situations.

4. Appointments

Appointments can be made through the site’s form, by phone, e-mail or WhatsApp, and are subject to confirmation by the team. The specific conditions of each course of support — duration, frequency, fees and rescheduling or cancellation rules — are communicated before the support begins.

5. Prices and payment

Session fees are communicated in advance of the session. Sobre Nós reserves the right to update prices, with no effect on sessions already booked and confirmed.

6. Online sessions

For online sessions, it is up to the client to ensure the necessary technical conditions (internet connection, a device with camera and microphone, and a private space). Confidentiality and professional secrecy apply on the same terms as in-person sessions.

7. Use of the site

You undertake to use the site lawfully, not interfering with its operation or attempting to access restricted areas, and not to use the contents for illegal or unauthorised purposes.

8. Intellectual property

The contents of this site — texts, images, logos and brand — belong to Sobre Nós or are used with permission, and may not be reproduced without prior written consent, without prejudice to the free uses permitted by law.

9. Liability

Sobre Nós strives to keep the site up to date and available, but does not guarantee the absence of errors or interruptions. The site may contain links to third-party sites (for example, social media), for whose content Sobre Nós is not responsible.

11. Complaints and dispute resolution

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Portuguese courts have jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules.
